CHICAGO (May 25, 2010) – The Oprah Store will expand by opening an exclusive new microsalon space at Chicago’s famed Water Tower Place on Thursday, May 27th, it was announced today. The Oprah Store’s new Michigan Avenue location will be an extension of the 5,500 square foot boutique in the West Loop, across the street from Harpo Studios, home of "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
The Oprah Store is a specialty store that features more than 700 private label products representing the style and taste Oprah celebrates on The Oprah Winfrey Show and in the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine. The microsalon will showcase select merchandise, including apparel, memorabilia and collectibles, as well as items from the popular “O” signature baby collection and an assortment of South African crafts and jewelry.
